What do we do? Craig and Amber are a real estate investing team who are actively investing in the Alberta market. We are growing our portfolio and looking for people like you who would like to share the profits we generate, without having to be involved in the hands-on part of the business.
Our main area of focus is Suited Single-Family Homes. A Suited Single-Family Home is a house that has two separate rental units; typically a main floor suite and a basement suite. This can be accomplished by building a suite right from the foundation walls, converting an existing basement into a suite, or converting a previously non-conforming unit into a legal suite. There are benefits to each of these and we would be happy to explain them to you.
Investing with us is an excellent way for people with no experience, desire to be a landlord or manage properties to be able to invest in real estate. Investors can enjoy the profits without the normal day-to-day hassles. In this scenario, you team up with us by providing the money needed to purchase a property and we provide the experience and know-how to find, manage and eventually sell the deal. We share in the profits, and at the same time, we are providing a very valuable service to a quality local family. It’s truly a win-win-win situation.
